Our custom-built 15-meter CNC spinning machines allow us to taper massive structural tubes without compromising molecular density. This guarantees a seamless, single-piece construct with an exact ±0.5mm wall tolerance.
PLASMA & TIG WELDING
For monumental poles requiring multi-section joints, our certified engineers utilize automated plasma and argon-arc TIG welding. Every structural weld undergoes ultrasonic flaw detection.
SURFACE FINISHING LINE
A dedicated automated finishing line offering mirror polishing up to Ra ≤0.4, industrial brushing (hairline finish), and aerospace-grade anodizing for aluminum alloys to prevent coastal salt-fog corrosion.

TO MONUMENT
Uncoiling & Shearing
Strict adherence to blueprint dimensions, steel grades, and thicknesses is enforced. Each cut undergoes self-inspection, with the client's name and pole height internally marked 10cm from the base. For monumental poles exceeding 20 meters, joints are meticulously matched. Remaining materials are cataloged to ensure traceability and zero waste.
CNC Bending & Forming
Molds and hydraulic pressures are calibrated exactly to technical drawings. Blade strokes are scientifically calculated to guarantee perfect cylindrical roundness without surface ridges. The seam gap is strictly controlled (top < 2cm, bottom < 5cm). Bamboo padding is utilized during mold extraction to guarantee a completely scratch-free surface.
Seaming & Automated Welding
Equipment is precisely tuned to the material's specific grade and thickness. Our automated welding process prevents missed, weak, or excessive welds, ensuring a flawlessly smooth profile without squeeze marks. Seam faces must align perfectly flush; any microscopic unevenness is rejected, cut open, and re-welded to meet strict structural integrity standards.
Precision Grinding
A meticulous two-stage grinding process. Primary manual grinding uses horizontal, continuous motions to prevent surface indentations. The weld seam is continuously monitored for micro-depressions. Secondary automated grinding ensures the seam is perfectly flush, smooth, and entirely free of any pits or sharp edges.
Hydraulic Straightening
Calibrated hydraulic pressure is applied based on the pole's specific length and thickness to correct any natural bowing without deforming the main body. The structure is continuously monitored during this phase; any stress fissures detected trigger an immediate return to the welding and grinding stations for structural repair.
5-Stage Polishing
Following a rigorous pre-polish inspection for micro-cracks, the pole is aligned on a precision track with auxiliary wheel support. The automated 5-stage polishing process operates flawlessly to achieve maximum brightness. The system is strictly monitored for any mechanical deviation, ensuring the final product achieves an immaculate mirror or brushed finish.
ZERO-DEFECT
PHILOSOPHY
Because our structures are installed in military bases, national squares, and international landmarks, a failure is unacceptable. Our QC department operates independently from production, holding veto power over any shipment.
Structural Load Testing
Using FEA simulation and physical anchoring stress tests to verify survivability in winds up to 250 km/h (Category 5 Hurricane equivalent).
Ultrasonic NDT
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) is applied to all structural welds to detect internal micro-fissures or air pockets invisible to the naked eye.
Anthem Sync Calibration
For automated systems, the raising duration is calibrated to the exact millisecond of the requested national anthem before dispatch.
Documented Compliance
Every shipment includes a comprehensive dossier: material certificates, QC sign-offs, and compliance docs required for international customs.

SS 304 & 316L STAINLESS
The global standard for monumental flagpoles. SS 304 provides excellent durability for inland urban environments. SS 316L (Marine Grade) adds molybdenum for unmatched resistance against severe coastal salt-fog and industrial pollutants.
6061-T6 ALUMINUM ALLOY
Aerospace-grade structural aluminum. Exceptionally lightweight yet incredibly strong. Features natural rust immunity and allows for deep anodizing or powder-coating finishes. Ideal for roof-mounted or commercial installations.
